Great value, I had an excellent stay. The property was distinctive, the staff was faultless, everything else was nice too. Had soundproof double room with a balcony, comfortable beds, for example. Signature juices and cocktails in the informal bar, paid parking place.

Fantastic value for money compared to other properties, and perfectly clean. The room was decent, and air-conditioned too. The always nice staff there were more than helpful. The location was surprisingly quiet, at a moderate distance from royal victoria dock and. The à la carte restaurant was beautiful with plenty of meals in the menu.

The beds were nice, and the location was optimal. The restaurant served plenty of meals for breakfast. We stayed in the standard queen room, it was warm enough. Location really close to ExCel centre, shops in immediate vicinity, the train station.

Exceptionally clean & big size venue, attractive views. With very good check-in and late check-out, this hotel was peaceful. Also, distance to uckg help centre was just 1 km.

Absolutely GREAT room, relaxing bar and really accommodating staff. Stunning view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay.

Location was very convienient for my needs and staff were very amicable! Immaculately clean and old-fashioned hotel in Newham district. Close enough to Excel exhibition centre and the train station and airport. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. I loved a continental breakfast, it was also reasonably priced. Early check-in and great customer service.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was not comfy.
